Media

An important part of the In-Situ / Rhythmanalysis project is developing ways of documenting and communicating research, and through this process finding new ways of developing knowledge not only of the investigations themselves, but how alterations, additions, juxtapositions, and blends and changes of media affects experience and understanding. The method therefore requires working with different media, and finding ways to translate between different forms.

In additition to more common forms of documentation we therefore work a lot with video and sound recordings, as well as photography, and experiments with ways of representing dynamic situations in static media through images, text, diagrams and other representations.
